I got into making furniture as I was dissatisfied with most everything I could find locally. 

It was very troublesome to even talk with someone about my ideas, as the dreaded phrase “I’ve never done that before” had a tendency to come out a lot. 

Honestly it wasn’t until after I started making furniture that I started meeting other Artisans that had the skill to produce what I was looking for.
